2. Submit the form for selecting a hospital, SSO 9-02, at the Social Security Office, Bangkok Area/Province/Branch, all over the country.
- Completely fill out Form SSO 9-02 and sign (Download SSO. 9-02)

3. Change social security rights via the SSO Connect Application.

- Register with your ID card
- Verify your identity via OTP via mobile phone.
- Select the “Change Hospital” menu in the app.
- Select the desired hospital and press confirm.
