Kluaynamthai Hospital was founded by Mr. Poonchai Chanes, former chairman of the hospital's executive board. It began operations on March 30, 1973. It is a 200-bed hospital located at 80 Soi Saengchan-Rubia, Phra Khanong Subdistrict, Khlong Toei District, Bangkok.

Kluaynamthai Hospital was established with the aim of helping and easing the government's burden in treating the sick and allowing the public to have good health. Throughout its history, Kluaynamthai Hospital has continuously developed and improved its efficiency in providing services to patients.
